14. August 2025Competition Registration All competitions for Saturday and Sunday are fully booked. Only returned starting places will be available on-site. Late registrations will be possible from Friday, 16 August 2024, at 1:00 p.m.
Late registrations for the Team Sprint on Friday will be possible from Friday, 15 August 2025, at 1:00 p.m. Approximately 10 starting places remain.
Pick-up of Starting Documents

Schedules & Supporting Program The current schedules and details of the supporting program for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday can be found here. Maps of the competition area and festival grounds, including important information (parking, information point, registration tent, check-in, food & drinks, etc.), can be found here.
Weather Forecast (15–17 August) Sunny with possible thunderstorms and showers. Temperatures will be hot, reaching 23 – 27 °C.
Directions & Parking Access to the Olbersdorfer See leisure area is only possible via Äußere Weberstraße. Ample paid parking is available there. Access via Südstraße Olbersdorf is permitted only for parking permit holders. Permits (€5/day) are available in limited numbers from the information point.
Competition Briefings Held on Friday, 15 August at 6:00 p.m. and Saturday, 16 August at 10:00 a.m. A digital version will also be available. Elite starters have additional contact persons for specific questions.
Water Temperature & Quality Water quality is satisfactory (current analysis available). Current temperature is above 22 °C. Final decision on wetsuit use will be made Saturday morning — as of now, a ban is likely.
Bike Washing Area Due to environmental regulations, no bike washing area is provided. Washing bikes in the O-SEE is strictly prohibited; violations will result in disqualification.
Showers None available on-site.
Bicycle Racks Designated racks will be available — bring your own locks. Do not lock bikes to competition route barriers. Avoid leaving bikes unattended outside vehicles. Bikes in the transition area will be guarded; outside of it, no security or compensation is guaranteed.
Check-in/Check-out Follow the check-in times specified in the race schedule. No access after 11:30 a.m. Bikes must be collected from the transition area by 6:00 p.m., showing the transponder.
Swimming Swimming caps will be issued at the start. Starts are separate for each race, following distancing rules.
MTB Routes Published maps are valid with no changes. All MTB routes are fully signposted. Dispose of gel packs and litter only in designated refreshment areas. Refreshment stands are available — bring enough fluids.
Running Routes Published plans are valid with no changes.
- XTERRA, Classic, and Team Classic: two laps of 5 km
- Reduced and Reduced Team: one lap of 5 km Lap transitions are clearly marked.
Finish Line & Award Ceremonies Refreshments, massage facilities, and medical care are provided in the finish area. Ceremonies:
- Saturday: from 4:00 p.m., 6:00 p.m. (German Championship), 6:45 p.m. (XTERRA European Championship)
- Sunday: from 1:30 p.m.
- Pasta Party Friday from 5:00 p.m. under the weather canopy.
After Race O-SEE Open Air Starts after the award ceremony with DJs Kyau & Albert, Robin, and Nico — free entry.
Opening Ceremony Official opening and live music Friday at 8:00 p.m. after the pasta party, ending around 10:00 p.m.
